About Us
Fyntra is led by Anthony A. O’Brien, an operator who spent thirty years running sales, lending, and capital-markets organizations before he began rebuilding them for others. Fyntra finds where revenue leaks between a lead and a close and installs the discipline to stop it. Not advice from the sidelines. We rebuild the execution layer with your team until it holds.
Founded Spinnaker Partners in 1989. Member of the PSE, CBOE, and NYSE.

Fyntra
Founded. Rebuilding the revenue execution layer for sales organizations doing $5M to $50M
Built for Sales Organizations, Not an Industry
We work with companies doing $5M to $50M that run a real, human, rep-driven sales motion. Three things tell us you are a fit:
- Leads are already arriving.
- You do not have a demand problem.
- Reps carry the deal.
- Not a self-serve checkout,
- not a single founder closing everything.
- Deals are dying between the lead and the close, and nobody can say exactly where.

- Deals are dying between the lead and the close, and nobody can pinpoint exactly where.
Our Approach
How Fyntra Operates
Every engagement starts with the evidence, then moves into execution.
01
Diagnostic Before Prescription
We pinpoint exactly where revenue leaks across the five domains of The O’Brien Method and assign a dollar figure to each. You get evidence, not opinion, before anyone talks about a fix.
Built around the five domains of The O’Brien Method.
02
Numbers Before Narrative
Every leak gets a dollar figure, so you see the cost of each gap before you spend a dime fixing it.
You get evidence, not opinion. Decisions come from what the data shows, not what anyone hopes is true.
03
Outcomes Before Activity

The Operator Behind the Method
Anthony A. O’Brien
Managing Partner & Chief Strategy Officer
Tony O’Brien is a senior operator with three decades of experience building and scaling sales and operations organizations across complex, regulated markets. At Fyntra, he helps leaders fix the operating system beneath the pipeline, the discipline that determines whether the year hits its number, and embeds AI where it produces verifiable operating leverage.
I work with founders, owners, and executive teams who need their organizations to perform more like the business they intend to run. My focus is the operating spine, the place where strategy, sales, and execution either compound or leak.
At Fyntra, that work increasingly involves embedding AI to produce a verifiable outcome: faster lead capture, sharper qualification, more disciplined follow-up, and forecasts that leadership can actually plan against. The tools are new. The operating principles are not.
Diagnostic before prescription. Numbers before narrative. Outcomes before activity. I work best with leaders who want a partner willing to challenge assumptions and stress-test the plan, not validate it. My measure of a successful engagement is whether the organization can sustain the gains after I step back.

The Team Behind the Work

Sydney Franklin
Sydney runs delivery execution across every engagement — keeping the diagnostic, client materials, and the 90-day build on schedule, so nothing slips between diagnosis and installation. She’s the follow-up discipline Fyntra prescribes to clients, enforced in-house: clear handoffs, on-time deliverables, and one point of accountability from the first fit call to the final build.

Madison Nelson
Madison runs the technical infrastructure behind Fyntra’s client engagements — the systems, integrations, and secure data handling that let a small firm deliver above its size. CRM connections, data security during diagnostic reviews, internal platform reliability, and the technical backbone of the 90-day build all run through her. Her background is 18 years of IT operations in U.S. Navy environments — secure communications, network administration, and Tier I/II support across globally distributed units — and she brings the same operating discipline to client work: calm execution under pressure, 99.9% uptime expectations, zero tolerance for sloppy systems.
